Maine Mendoza or more popularly known as Yaya Dub did not only conquered social media but she was also used as a model of Mother Earth in a mural painted in Italy. Yaya Dub was used as model of Mother Earth by some environmentalist who staged a 60-day “Climate Walk” from Rome to Paris.
The group of Filipino and foreign activists has reached and left their mark in Italy, by creating a mural of Mother Earth. The mural was made through the effort of AG Saño, the brother of former Climate Change Commissioner (CCC) Naderev “Yeb” Saño, one of the leaders of the Climate Walk.
Naderev Saño posted a photo of the mural online which also features him sitting in front of the mural which can be sen in Galliate, Italy.
The photo which was posted on Facebook was also tagged to the popular Dubsmash queen, Maine Mendoza which is also known as “Yaya Dub,” in Eat Bulaga’s hit segment “Kalyeserye.”
According to the creator of the mural, he hopes that the popular love team of AlDub featuring Alden Richards and Yaya Dub would help inform the world about the issues faced by mother nature.
