Suspension of Classes (Walang Pasok) October 19 Due to Bagyong Lando

Various Local Government Units (LGUs), together with the Department of Education (DedEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announced the suspension of classes today, October 19, in the areas affected by Typhoon Lando (Bagyong Lando), international name: Koppu.

According to the latest weather bulletin released by PAGASA at 4 am today 19 October 2015, the eye of Typhoon “LANDO” was located based on all available data in the vicinity of Santiago, Ilocos Sur

Public Storm Warning Signals are raised in the areas of Luzon, after it made a landfall in Casiguran, Aurora on Sunday morning and affected several areas in Luzon with its heavy and strong winds causing LGU’s to announce suspension of classes.
