One of the country’s most famous love team and former celebrity couple KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual finally ends rift and made peace with each other four years after their unexpected breakup. The good news about the former lovers relationship was revealed by KC Concepcion on her Twitter account.
The 30-year-old KC Concepcion posted a Twitter message in response to a question of a Twitter follower, KC stated that she got a chance to talk to Piolo Pascual in London.
The actress also shared an all-smiles photo her her side by side with former boyfriend Piolo Pascual who was in London to join the Kapamilya stars on their Europe Tour.

KC Concepcion, the daughter of popular Filipino movie icons Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion previously played alongside her ex-boyfriend Piolo Pascual in the remake of the Korean dram “Loves in Paris.”
