Former Kapamilya actor Derek Ramsay and Kapamilya actress Coleen Garcia revealed during an exclusive interview with Boy Abunda that there were tensions between them during the time when they were shooting their love scenes for the movie “Ex with Benefits.”
According to Derek Ramsay, he finds Coleen Garcia as an attractive woman, but he made sure that he will always show respect to his co-star in the movie.
The actor was quoted as saying “But then again, it goes back to when I go into my own world, I shut everything down. My take on it is I don’t like the plaster thing that they do. I don’t want to do that. They put a plaster over your private part. I don’t like that. So for me, I make sure that as a respect to the woman I’m doing a scene with is he behaves, it doesn’t come alive,” he said.
The 38-year-old Derek Ramsay also revealed that doing intimate scenes with an attractive woman is both easy and difficult.
Meanwhile the 22-year-old Coleen Garcia on her part said that doing intimate scenes is a bit easier for her because she’s in a relationship with former international singer Billy Crawford.
According to Coleen Garcia, she and Derek Ramsay are both professionals and they didn’t put any malice into what they were doing during the shooting of their first-ever movie projects under Star Cinema.
The movie “Ex with Benefits” tells the story of former lovers Adam Castrances (Ramsay) and Arkisha Aragon (Garcia) who meet after years of being apart. It also stars Meg Imperial and Rayver Cruz.
