Elha Nympha who is also known as the young banana cue vendor from Quezon City will proceed to the Sing-Off for Team Bamboo after she defeated her fellow Kamp Kawayan artists in the Battle Rounds of The Voice Kids Philippines on Sunday night, July 26, 2015. The trio of Elha Nympha, Paul Abellana and Kate Campo received a standing ovation on their performance of the song “Your Love,” by Alamid.
The 11-year-old Elha Nympha will proceed to the next round of the competition the Sing-Offs which will feature the Top 6 artists from Kamp Kawayan who will be fitting against each other to represent the Top 2 finalist of the Team.
Right after the performance of the three young artists of Team Bamboo, coach Sarah Geronimo was so impressed with the trio’s performance and chose Kate Campo as her favorite.
Coach Lea Salonga on her part opted for Paul Abellana but the final decision was made by Coach Bamboo who went for Nympha to proceed to the next round of the competition.
After the first weekend of Battles, Nympha, Benedict Inciong and Martina Ortiz-Luis are moving as part of Kamp Kawayan to the Sing-Offs. Kristel Belo and Francis Lim will represent Team Sarah, while Jonalyn Pepito and Luke Alford will represent “FamiLEA.”
