A young actress has requested the protection of the police after receiving death threats.
Max Collins, a GMA-7 artist, said that it was her personal assistant who initially got threatening text messages demanding her to help the suspect in blackmailing and even abducting the actress.
This was eventually presented by her personal assistant that urged Collins to seek the help of the authority.
According to Collins, she missed this year’s FM “100 sexiest party,” because of the death threats she has been receiving.
The actress ranked ninth on this year’s sexiest women in the Philippines list while co-kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado flanked on the top spot.
However, the actress said she does not know the reason why anyone would threaten her and her family.
She disclosed that the threats have stopped coming for now, however she and her family are not taking it for granted thus asking the help of the police.
