Overseas Filipino Worker Gabino Taruc used the world’s largest social networking site Facebook as he appeals for help while in a hospital in Saudi Arabia. The poor Filipino worker urges his fellow Filipinos in the Philippines to help him on his current situation. Based upon his appeal which was uploaded on Facebook, nobody helped him while in a hospital for more than 3 days since the video was posted online.
According to the 30-year-old OFW, he wants to return home and appeals to the Philippine government for a much-needed help. The video was uploaded by a certain Filipino who visited the OFW.
He also asked his agency in the Philippines, the MMI which according to him helped him and send him to Saudi Arabia. Gabino Taruc also tried to appeal to his employer so that he can go home but his appeal was in vain. The employer noted that he should pay first the amount his employer spent on sending him to Saudi Arabia.
The OFW victim also revealed that he applied to work as a flower arranger but instead he worked in farm somewhere in Saudi.
