If can’t make it to gold, at least make Asia know how tough Philippine volley belles are.
It is the senor squad’s goal in the upcoming 2015 Southeast Asian games in Singapore as it named the powerhouse lineup.
Alyssa Valdez leads the 12-woman lineup.
Announced by Joey Romasanta, Philippine Olympic Committee Vice President, on Sports Radio on Friday morning, the line-up will be led by Coach Roger Gorayeb.
Other players who played with Valdez during U-23, will still play alongside like Jia Morado, Jaja Santiago, Bea De Leon and Gretchel Soltones.
The Filipinas in the U-23 campaign finished seventh held earlier this month.
Posting as the defensive anchor of the team is Libero Denden Lazaro.
Completing the line-up are Dindin Santiago-Manabat, Santiago’s older sister, Aby Maraño, Rachel Ann Daquis, Jovelyn Gonzaga, Maika Ortiz and Rhea Dimaculangan.
