The Manila Prosecutor’s Office has also charged Lloyd Abrigo with frustrated murder.

Abrigo’s father William and customer Suzaine Dagohoy were reported dead April 9 minutes after drinking a milk tea from the tea house.

Earlier, Abrigo was dragged into the case by the shop helper.

However, the owner’s son denied the allegation of the helper that her brought chemical to the store night before the “alleged” poisoning incident happened.

After the second autopsy conducted, authorities found poison in the remains of William and Dagohoy.

According to their helper Raymundo Santos (not his real name), the son brought a foul-smelling liquid to the shop’s kitchen the night before the deaths of William and Dagohoy.

Meanwhile, the MPD was urged to file charges after another helper testified against Lloyd.

Ayee Alejandro confirmed Santo’s statement that Lloyd rushed to the hospital upon information of William and Dagohoy’s deaths ordering the other helper to go back to the store and clean the pitcher that was used.
