AKA Jam artist Monique Lualhati wins during the Battle Round of The Voice of the Philippines on Sunday, December 7, 2014 after she was chosen by Coach Sarah Geronimo over Shaira Opsimar. Monique Lualhati and Shaira Opsimar performed the song “Lady Marmadalade during the highly anticipated continuation of the Battle Rounds.

Before Coach Sarah made the announcement of winner for the Battle Round between Monique Lualhati and Shaira Opsimar, the other four judges shared their impressions with the two artists.
According to Coach lea and Coach Bamboo they were impressed on Monique’s movement and vocal prowess, while Coach Apl.de.Ap on his part he picked Shaira Opsimar over Monique Lualhati.
The youngest coach of The Voice Philippines Season 2, Coach Sarah Geronimo finally declared that Monique Lualhati will moved on to the next round of the competition, the Knockout Rounds.
Coach Sarah Geronimo decided to pair her team against each other in the Battle Rounds. At the end of the second phase of the competition, the Battle Rounds, each coach will have nine artist who will then advance to the Knockout Rounds; two of them are stolen artists from the other teams.
The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 Battle Rounds is hosted by Luis Manzano and Toni Gonzaga, and also features Alex Gonzaga and Robi Domingo as V Reporters.
