Monique Lualhati of A.K.A. Jam Blind Audition Video on The Voice Ph Season 2

Monique Lualhati, a member of A.K.A Jam, one of the finalist in the “X-Factor Philippines” during its first season in the country is now a bonafide member of “The Voice of the Philippines Season 2” after she succeeded in the blind audition of the country’s most popular singing competition.

The member of the A.K.A. Jam, the group who made it the finals of X Factor Philippines last 2012, made it to the team of Coach Sarah Geronimo during the November 9, 2014 edition of the show.

Monique Lualhati is one of the original member of A.K.A. Jam, a group composed of Alyssa Quijano, Auriette Divina, Katrina Velarde, Jhelsea Flores and Ashley Campbell. The group which is now composed of just four members is under the management of Manila Genesis Entertainment talent agency, the same agency that managed their mentor Gary Valenciano.

During the blind audition performance of Monique Lualhati, two coaches were impressed with her rendition of the song “When I Was Your Man,” they were coach Apl.De.Ap and Coach Sarah Geronimo.

The 26-year-old singer, Monique Lualhati finally decided to join the group of Coach Sarah Geronimo, whom she worked as a back-up singer for the show, “Idol,” despite drawing some praises from Coach Apl.de.Ap.
