Bagyong Ruby To Make Landfall Six Times According to PAGASA

Bagyong Ruby (international name Hapugit) is forecast to make a total of six landfalls in the Philippines according to the country’s weather bureau, PAGASA, after the typhoon made its first landfall at around 9:15 PM. PAGASA noted that they expected Bagyong Ruby to make a landfall in the provinces of Romblon and Mindoro.

According to the latest update of PAGASA issued at around 11:00 PM on Saturday, December 6, 2014, Bagyong Ruby was packing maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph. The typhoon was located in the vicinity of Dolores, Eastern Samar or at 140 km East of Southeast Catarman, Northern Samar.
