Nino Alejandro Blind Audition on The Voice Ph 2 Became Fifth Four-Chair Turner

Nino Alejandro a singer who came from a family of musicians in the Philippines tried his luck in the country’s most popular and top-trending singing competition in the country, The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. During the blind audition of Nino Alejandro, he performed the rock song titled “Highway to Hell,” on Saturday, November 15, 2014.

The veteran singer who performed in some bars in Metro Manila, Nino Alejandro was able to impress all the four judges of the show which include Lea Salonga, Bamboo Manalac, Sarah Geronimo and Apl.de.Ap.

The 37-year-old singer from Paranaque decided to pick Team Lea of Coach Lea Salonga as his team right after his performance video on The Voice of the Philippines Season 2.

Nino Alejandro who became the fifth four-chair turner artists now joined the elite list of aspiring singers which includes Tanya Gomez, Kokoi Baldo, Kai Honasan and Rence Rapanot.

The artist from Paranaque came from a family of musicians, his cousin Rachel Alejandro and his uncle veteran musician and composer Hajji Alejandro.

The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 is currently hosted by Toni Gonzaga and Luis Manzano alongside Alex Gonzaga, Robi Domingo. The show is now back after the huge success of the country’s most popular singing competition. The Season 1 of the Voice of the Philippines both the regular and the Kids audition became one of the hottest trending topics in the country particularly in various social media sites.
