The Kapuso actress Kris Bernal reacted to the decision made by her “StarStruck” batchmate actor-heartthrob Aljur Abrenica to end his contract with one of the largest networks in the country GMA.

In an interview with the entertainment site PEP, Kris Bernal said that she was surprised when she learned that the 24-year-old actor wanted to moved out from the network since she can see that he was given so much value by GMA.
“I was surprised by his decision because, as I can see it, he has been given much importance by the network. I believe the network values him as one of its prime leading men,” she said.
On Thursday July 24, 2014, Aljur Abrenica went to Quezon City Hall of Justice with his lawyer Atty. Ferdinand Topacio to file a complaint against the Kapuso network to end his contract which is supposed to end in 2015.
According to Aljur Abrenica, the GMA network has failed to give importance and respect on his career. It was also written on his complaint that his home network for seven years allegedly required him to work despite feeling ill.
The award-winning actor also said that he have been thinking about his move since last year but he did not immediately filed a complaint since he is hoping that the network might fix it.
Despite this, Aljur Abrenica is still grateful for GMA for giving him a lot of opportunities and for giving him a big break in the showbiz industry.
Aljur has never had ANY skill nor a talent AT ALL. The nerve….. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you. You ungrateful pea-brained guy! @GMA, not sure why you held him this long when there really is nothing about him that’s likeable (looks or talent).
