PAGASA noted that Bagyong Henry is now on its way towards Taiwan but the Philippines is set to experience another weather disturbance as a new Low Pressure Area (LPA) is expected to enter PAR this week. The LPA will be locally named as “Bagyong Inday,” as it enter the Philippines.

Bagyong Inday will be the ninth typhoon to enter the Philippines this year, the LPA was still outside the Philippine Area or Responsibility east of Bicol Region, according to PAGASA weather forecaster Jori Loiz in an interview with ABS-CBN.
The LPA which is now outside of PAR will enter the country this week, the weather bureau forecasts that the LPA will developed into a full-fledged cyclone is high.
Meanwhile, PAGASA also noted that due to Bagyong Henry, the Batanes Group of Islands remains under Public Storm Warning Signal No. 2. Areas affected by Signal No. 2 should expect winds of 61-100 kilometers per hour (kph) in at least 24 hours.
Signal No. 1 of Bagyong Henry was hoisted in Cagayan, Babuyan Group of Islands, and Calayan Group of Islands, these areas should expect winds of 30-60 kph in at least 24 hours.
