On the latest released video by the Department of Tourism, the country’s capital city of Manila gets the spotlight as it is referred as the “capital of fun.” The Video was first released by DOT On June 12, 2014 during the celebration of the country’s 116th Independence Day.
The 33-second video clip featured different sights of the capital city of Manila, featuring the song describing the city in the background of the scenic beauty of Manila.
According to the Department of Tourism the newest advertisement campaign showcased Manilas as the city that has everything under the sun.
The Department of Tourism campaign dubbed as “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” was launched way back the year 2012. The slogan was pitched worldwide with ads featured on various international news media organization such as CNN aside from being featured in various tourists kiosks in selected cities around the world.
