The 12-year-old Mitz Tanguilan became is one of the few “The Voice of the Philippines” contestant who was able to convince the three judges to turn their chairs around and convince the singer to be with their respective team.

During the Blind Audition of Mitz Tanguilan, she performed the song popularized by Bryan Adam titled “Heaven,” during the blind audition on Saturday night, June 7, 2014.
The young singer Mitz Tanguilan hails from the province of Rizal was able to impress all the three judges and earned the distinction as the second 3-chair turner during the blind audition on Saturday.
Mitz admitted that that she found it difficult to decide on which team she will join, but the self-confessed fan of Sarah Geronimo finally decided to join her idol’s team. She also noted that after she saw Coach Sarah G. pressed the red button she felt like she already won the competition.
Sarah Geronimo also applauded with Mitz Tanguilan singing voice, she was quoted as saying “Yan ang singing. Kailangan lang namnamin mo ‘yung melody ng kanta, ‘yung sarap. Na-experience ko ‘yun habang nakatalikod ako pero pag harap ko at nakita kong gumagalaw ka, sobrang graceful ng galaw mo, sobrang konektado ang lahat,” Geronimo said.
