Benhur Luy Revealed 25 Senators on Pork Barrel List

Whistle-blower Benhur Luy revealed the names of 25 past and present senators on her digital files detailing the transactions made by Janet Lim-Napoles made from 2002 to 2012. The list was handed over by Benhur Luy’s parents to Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The 25 list of past and present Senators are involved in the controversial Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) allocations to ghost projects and kickbacks.

According to Benhur Luy the entries were made upon the instruction of Janet Lim Napoles to Benhur Luy, Napoles’ finance office during that time. The files and list of 25 senators were copied by Inquirer from a hard disk drive (HDD) that Benhur Luy’s parents during a visit to its newsroom last year to ask for help in exposing the alleged plunder of state funds by Napoles and her clients.

Based upon the files presented by Benhur Luy, the funds were from projects for members of the COA, the minority bloc in the House of Representatives of 2003, the DOTC, savings from Department of Agriculture, DAR, allocation for the Senate President Pro Tempore, majority floor leader, and for budget insertions.

Aside from the above-mentioned list acquired by Inquirer also in the records are the names of former Senators:
