The newest edition of The Voice of the Philippines featuring The Voice Kids is set to premiere on Saturday, May 24, 2014 as the country graces for kids with stunning vocal prowess.

In a video teaser released by ABS-CBN, the renowned singing competition which will embark on the television viewing habit of Filipinos features the blind auditions of Juan Karlos who made a soulful rendition of Adam Sandler hit single, “Grow Old With You” and Lyca who belted out powerful rendition of Aegis’ Halik.
The Philippine edition of the singing competition which is based in Holland will be the third franchise in Southeast Asian region following Vietnam and Thailand.
The Voice Kids consist of five known different stages including: Blind auditions, Producers’ auditions, Sing-off, the Battles and the Live shows.
Based upon the video teaser released by ABS-CBN online, the Blind auditions of The Voice Kids Philippines was filmed last March 17 to 20, 2014 at the Studio 10 of Kapamilya Network.
The Voice Kids Philippines coaches are Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo Mañalac which will be hosted by Alex Gonzaga and Luis Manzano.
The audition for aspiring young singers were simultaneously administered early this year in Visayas Region, Mindanao Region, Metro Manila and Luzon Region with thousands of auditionees flocked in the venues.
ABS-CBN also launches the second season of The Voice of the Philippines which will premiere on the second quarter of 2014.
