Billy Crawford finally broke his silence to clarify rift between him and comedian Vice Ganda who have been noticed being sulky on “It’s Showtime.”
The 31-year-old singer actor stated that the conflict between him and his fellow host on ABS-CBN’s noontime show is just a “friendly glum.”
“Tampuhang kaibigan lang yon, hindi (malalim),” Billy Crawford said as he renewed his contract with Universal Records on Monday afternoon, April 7, 2014 in an interview with ABS-CBNnews. “Kapag may nararamdaman ako sinasabi ko sa kanya at siya din may sinasabi sa akin.”
“One time kasi kailangan niya akong tawagan. Sabi niya, ‘Tatawagan kita at isasama kita sa ganito.’ Eh hindi ako tinatawagan tapos tumuloy (siya),” Billy Crawford stated.
Billy Crawford also noted that Vice Ganda was able to apologize during Monday episode of It’s Showtime. “Kanina lang jino-joke ko siya, ‘Salamat sa pagtawag mo’ pagpasok na pagpasok niya. So ‘sorry, sorry’ siya,” Billy Crawford further added.
Meanwhile, Billy Crawford also announced that he will spend Holy Week vacation together with his “It’s Showtime” family including Vhong Navarro.
However, Billy Crawford refused to divulge any details regarding their trip abroad. “Siguro just for security purposes for Vhong, I wouldn’t say where we are going,” Billy Crawford said.
Billy Crawford cited Vhong Navarro whose currently gearing up for his legal battle against his mauling suspects; Deniece Cornejo, Cedric Lee and company, complainant Roxanne Acosta Cabanero and his third complainant identified as Margarita Fajardo.
