Roxanne Cabanero Acosta Interview Video on GMA’s 24 Oras

The controversial Roxanne Cabanero Acosta appears for the first time on national TV program after her successful filing of a case against the host actor Vhong Navarro.

The former Bb. Pilipinas 2011 candidate appears in an exclusive interview of reporter Marisol Abdulrahman aired on Kapuso Channel’s primetime newscast program, “24 Oras” on Thursday night, February 20, 2014.

The 24-year-old Roxanne Acosta explained during the interview the circumstance surrounding her complaint against Vhong Navarro, according to her she was just 20 years old when the alleged incident occurred.

Roxanne Cabanero Acosta did not elaborate further the complete details of the incident involving her and Vhong Navarro during the year 2010. According to  Roxanne she knew Vhong Navarro in a noontime show.

Vhong Navarro was able to get Roxanne’s number and started sending SMS to her and invited her to go out with the actor. Roxanne admitted during the first time when Vhong texted her she felt excited and infatuated because an actor gave some attention to her.

According to Roxanne Cabanero’s statement during the interview she decided to met with Vhong and the incident happened. She was really afraid during that time so she just kept silent but right now she got the courage to file a case against Vhong because of Deniece Cornejo’s decision to file a complaint against the actor.

All the testimony given by Roxanne Cabanero during the interview with GMA News are also written in the sworn affidavit submitted by her lawyer to the Pasig City Prosecutors Office. 

In a separate report posted earlier, businessman Cedric Lee already denied the allegations made by Vhong Navarro’s lawyer that he is connected with Roxanne Cabanero but he confirmed that he asked his lawyer to work with Roxanne Cabanero’s legal counsel upon learning the news.
