World-renowed R & B artist Alicia Keys performed a duet with Asia’s songbird, Regine Velasquez during the concert of the Grammy-award-winning singer at the Mall of Asia Arena on Monday, November 25, 2013.

Alicia Keys and Regine Velasquez performed the song titled “If I Ain’t Got You” to the delight of the MOA crowd. The spectators of Alicia Keys concert started cheering when Keys performed the opening lines of the 2004 hit, but they screamed louder as Regine emerged on stage to join the American musician.

The 43-year-old Regine Velasquez joined the 32-year-old Alicia Keys in singing their verses and the chorus, showcasing their voice talents to the delight of the crowd. Both singers hugged each other at the end of their number.

The American singer Alicia Keys visited the Philippines for her “Set the World on Fire” tour, she also took time to visit the victims of super typhoon Yolanda who were sheltered at the Villamor Airbase. Throughout her concert, she paid tribute to the Filipinos who were affected by the super typhoon that devastated Visayas.

In the later part of Alicia Keys concert in Manila, she surprised the audience with a performance with Allan “apl.de.ap” Pineda, a member of Black Eyed Peas who hails from Pampanga.
