Standing 5’7 in height, Cynthia Duque will represent Mexico in Miss Universe 2013 pageant, this coming November 9 in Moscow, Russia Crocus City Hall.
21-year-old Cynthia is currently studying at the Institute of NEO taking up image design. Mexican beauty queen is also an instructor of Latin rhythms dancing, acts and professionally models.
Cynthia aspires to become a teacher someday because she loves working with the company of young children.
Cynthia believe, “The easiest solution to poverty is for us to share a part of ourselves to those who have nothing.”
Fun facts about Miss Universe Mexico 2013:
- Cynthia began working at the age of nine! She says this helped her become responsible and help provide for her family.
- Cynthia donated one liter of her blood for a child who desperately needed it. Because of her donation, the child’s health improved dramatically and helped his battle with cancer.
- Whenever Cynthia is in a public place, if she hears dancing music she cannot help but begin to dance.
