The Philippines bet to the recently Miss Tourism Word beauty pageant, Aiyana Camille “AJ” Mikiewicz was named as Miss Tourism Asia 2013 and finished as one of the Top 20 Finalist in the competition won by Miss Venezuela.

Aiyana Mikiwiecz failed to make it to the Final 10 of the competition but the Philippines and Thailand were the only two candidates from Asia who made it to the Top 20.
Miss Beronika Martinez of Venezuela was crowned as Miss Tourism 2013 during the coronation night held at the Sipopo Conference Centre in Malabo, Equitorial Guinea on Saturday, October 12, 2013. Miss Gabon’s Hillary Ondo was the first runner-up while Michaela Haladova of Czech Republic was the second runner. The third runner-up was awarded to Andrea Huisgen of Spain while the fourth runner-up was given to Olena Popova of Ukraine.
Aiyana Camille’s victory in Equitorial Guinea is an advanced birthday gift to her as she turned 24 years old today, October 14, 2013. AJ is expected to arrive in the Philippines today, during her birthday.
The lovely young lady from La Union, Aiyana Mikiewicz was a former candidate during the Golden edition of the Bb. Pilipinas, she was candidate no. 47 in the beauty pageant won by Miss Universe Philiippines Ariella Arida. Although she failed to make it the finals of Bb. Pilipinas she got a special awards as Miss Jag Jeans.
