Binibining Pilipinas Gold candidate no. 16, Joanna Cindy Miranda was crowned as the new Binibining Pilipinas-Tourism 2013. Outgoing Bb. Pilinas-Tourism 2012, Katrina Dimaranan crowned Cindy Miranda during the coronation night held at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, April 14, 2013.

The 22-year-old Joanna Cindy Miranda was also awarded with two special awards, the Bb. Petron and Cream Silk Beyond Beautiful Woman with their respective sponsors.
The former co-host of “Wil Time, Big Time” and PBB Unlimited Housemate graduated as cum laude at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) taking up BS Tourism. Cindy Miranda was a former beauty pageant titlist having won, the Miss Teen Philippines Region 1, Miss Philippines Earth Baguio in 2008, Miss Tourism Amb(–foul word(s) removed–)ador among others.
