The Silver Mimimumweight title belt of Filipino world champion Denver Cuello was already returned to the rightful owner. The belt which was left on a taxi last Monday was returned by the taxi driver.
The driver whose name was Pepito Sumalinong have already returned the boxing belt won by the Filipino champion he won during a title fight with a Mexican fighter.
Denver Cuello was so thankful with the honesty of the taxi driver who returned his belt. The World Boxing Council (WBC) Minimum Weight title belt cost more than Php 2 Million.
The Filipino champion gave will surely give a reward to the honest taxi driver. He was so thankful with the kind of character the driver have shown to him.
Denver Cuello reported to authorities earlier that his bag with the belt inside was left in a taxi when he was riding from Cubao to Sumulong Highway.
