Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley easily p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the weight limits of the Welterweight limits of 147 pounds when both fighters step on the scales earlier today from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Tim Bradley step up first and came up with 146 pounds with the usual chiseled form. Manny Pacquiao on the other hand p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the WBO welterweight limit of 147 pounds.
Boxing analysts favored Manny Pacquiao (54-3-2, 38 KO) compared to Bradley who had an impressive records of (28-0, 12 KO) but according to analysts none of the Bradley’s previous fights were against sensational fighter unlike Pacquiao’s fight against world champion boxers.
Right after the weigh-in Bradley gave Pacquiao a strong glare, and Pacquiao smiled and looked away.
Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach said that Bradley “won’t win one round.” Bradley’s trainer Joel Diaz responded, “I’m glad that he thinks that way. I’m glad that he thinks that Tim don’t hit hard. … Anything that Freddie says does not bother me whatsoever. I’ve got my plan, I’m very focused. … It’s not gonna be their way, it’s gonna be my way.” according to Joel Diaz.
