Starstruck alumnus Tyrone Perez was killed by a gunshot wound according to the findings released by the investigators from SOCO (Scene of the Crime Operatives).
The young actor who was discovered through GMA-7’s reality show Starstruck was found dead on his car. According to Senior Inspector Arthur Quiñonez of Valenzuela City police, the victim suffered gunshot wounds in the right side of his head.
Tyrone Perez’ body was found inside his Toyota Altis car which was parked along the service road of the North Luzon Expressway near Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela. “Suicide” was the primary angle that was seen by the police investigators because of the “self-infected wound” suffered by Perez.
Police authorities that were investigating the case were still looking at the possibilities of set-up for the said death of the young actor.
Tyrone Perez had left his wife Liv Espino, who works as flight attendant. The couple were married last May 27, 2009. According to the report posted by one of the most popular celebrity website pep.ph, the last time that Tyrone was interviewed when the actor made an appearance in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
It was reported earlier through the tweets posted by Liv that a certain car which is a Toyota Altis 2009 Model with plate number ZSP875 was stolen.
The couple were not celebrating Christmas together, Liv was with her family while Tyrone celebrated Christmas with a certain friend in Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela. There were some speculations that maybe there’s a problem with their relationship.
