Donald Trump says his name worth $3 Billion

“Everything in life is luck.”

I know you would probably say this is not true because we believes that we’ve got to do something for us to have the good fortune, but, as according to real estate mogul, reality television star of The Apprentice, and author Donald Trump, everything he has came from ‘luck.’

Even the $3 billion worth of money he has? I don’t think so…

Trump, if you knew him exactly, who is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization estimates his net worth at $7 billion in a forthcoming book. In his latest edition, he spells out his net worth, coming up with a figure billions more than Forbes magazine, which in September put the amount at $2.9 billion.

His latest tome ‘Time to Get Tough,’ which will be due out this December 5, Trump does one of the things critics said he would never do in his flirting with running for president — and that is disclose his financial statement.

As we can remember, Trump expressed his interest in becoming a candidate for President of the United States in the 2012 election.

On page 182 of the book, Trump lists holdings including $1.37 billion in New York City commercial properties and $1.22 billion in club facilities and related real estate. Liabilities include some $374 million in loans and mortgages.

At $3 billion his biggest (–foul word(s) removed–)et — by far — is brand value, which according to a note “has been established by Predictiv, the highly respected brand valuation company.

Trump writes on his finances:

“I was so close (to running) that I had already prepared the Public Financial Disclosure Report required of a presidential candidate. That’s a big deal because the Trump Organization is a private company, and people don’t know what I’m really worth. So, I had the independent firm Predictive, which is used by government agencies and top companies like GM, Visa, Pfizer, and others, prepare valuations on branding, and we filled out the other areas of the long and complex presidential Public Financial Disclosure Report.”

In its latest look at his finances Forbes conceded that “yes, Trump remains adamant that Forbes is underestimating his brand value” — which they put at $200 million.

Trump’s response: “You’re ridiculous,” Forbes reported.

So if you want to be rich like Trump, “as long as your going to be thinking anyway, think big.”
