Mario Maurer from the 2010 Thailand movie entitled “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” as he is about to take his step in the Philippines had been drowning attentions from the press people.
Maurer’s fans in the Philippines are looking forward for his arrival in the Philippines this October.
He would be coming in the Philippines in connection to his involvement in the newest ad and campaign of Penshoppe – one of the leading perfume brands in the Philippines.
Penshoppe tapped Maurer as the new face for Penshoppe as part of their Thai Invasion campaign. As reported previously, Maurer would be the face for the various ads and billboard for Penshoppe not just in the Philippines but for the Southeast Asian region as it eyes for the expansion of the brand.
Maurer and ABS-CBN
As Mario Maureer would visit the Philippines, his commitment would not only involve with his project with Penshoppe. However, Maurer, as reported via starmometer.com, is expected to officially seal a movie project along with the country’s largest and leading broadcasting network, ABS-CBN and its own Star Cinema.
Furthermore, the Kapamilya network had also got the exclusive rights to cover and to release all news and TV appearances for the Thai heartthrob during his stay in the Philippines.
There was no definite and official detail for the project however, names that were buzzing that might be joining Mario for the film that is expected to be created by 2012 were Kim Chiu and Erich Gonzales.
Currently, these two Kapamilya drama princesses were both having their respective shows, Kim stars for the “My Binondo Girl” while Erich plays for “Maria la del Barrio”, a local adaptation of a Mexican hit TV series.
Meet and Greet Mario
Aside for the photo shots of Mario for Penshoppe ads in the Philippines to be conducted by a popular Hollywood photographer, his fans would also be given the chance to meet and greet him as Penshoppe had revealed one of their plans which is to have a meet-and-greet Mario event, an all for the fans event.
