
About 60mph strong winds brought by a storm in Indiana State made a concert stage collapse when a band known as Sugarland were preparing to expose their most-awaited performance.
This tragic incident becomes an entertainment headline since it took lives of at least four while dozens have been injured. Officials say that there were about 40 people who unfortunately had injuries when the stage sited in Indiana State Fair unexpectedly came down. Some of the victims were in serious condition at present because reports said that some of them have been trapped under the debris.
An estimated number of 12,000 people went to watch for the concert. Further reports tell that people have been screaming and shouting when the stage had collapsed. They were asked to evacuate to the near Hoosier Lottery Grandstand when the incident happened.
Some children were rushed to the hospital while some concerned individuals hastily helped in pulling out the trapped victims.
The Sugarland band expressed their deepest concern via their official Twitter account moments after this headline broke. Until now, they could not believe that their concert will tragically end up like that.
With this, the band is asking everyone to help them pray for people who have lost their lives as well as those who currently struggle for recovery in Indianapolis.
