On the ongoing tension between the Philippines and China regarding the issue on Spratly Island, one of the allied countries of the Philippines; the United States expressed their support to the country and said that they will help.
However, Vice president Jejomar Binay explained that there are no specific plans given by the US on how they are going to help the country.
Binay who just arrived from the US after he attended two-week training for educational program said that the statement given by the US to help the Philippines is like a hanging question, in the sense that it did not give a direct to the point arrangement on how they will take part on the issue of Spratly Island.
On the other hand, Binay is still hoping that everything will be fine between the relationship of Philippines and China as soon as the issue is given the proper action.
He said in his interview that such issue must not be the cause of misunderstanding between the two countries but added that Philippines must fight its right against what China is doing.
In response to action made by China after it has deployed its largest maritime patrol ship in the area of Spratly Island, Philippines send out to the sea the Barko ng Republika ng Pilipinas Rajah Humabon.
Binay is still in positive disposition that everything will fall into place someday since the two countries are communicating to each other talking about on how to solve this issue.
The vice president also added that he will apply to the country what he has learned during his two weeks training in the US.
