News about Boxing Champ and pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao purchasing a multi million luxurious house started to spread in the media.

According to reports, Peoples Champ Manny Pacquiao has bought an expensive house in Makati City Forbes Park worth P388 Million. The said house is owned by the Senior Vice president of the insurance brokerage firm Marsh Philippines, Mr. Roque Tordesillas.

In an interview with Manny Pacquiao’s business manager Eric Pineda, he confirmed the reports that Manny Pacquiao did buy a house in Forbes Park but did not give the information whether how much it is cost and said that it is confidential.

He also added that since then, the said house has been one of Pacquiao’s favorites and has been eyeing it for sometime; the boxing champ has finally decided to buy it after he gets his money from his last fight against Sugar Shane Mosley in Las Vegas.

The newest house of Manny Pacquiao is equipped with tennis court and has an estimated land measure of 1,500 square meters. It is located on Cambridge Street, North Forbes, Makati City.

According to Mr. Pineda, renovations are now being made in the house as requested by the Boxing Champ and as soon as it is done, Pacquiao will move into his new house.
