Google the world’s number one most visited search engines and the sites that received several million queries each day rolled out another innovation in its core of service the +1 button for third party websites. They made the announcement through their official blog last June 01, 2011.

According to the official blog post from google “Today, we’re releasing +1 buttons to the whole web. As a result, you might start seeing +1 appear on sites large and small across the Internet.” stated on google blog post.

Last March 30, 2011, Google had released it’s +1 recommendation button for search and advertisements which received positive results for the researchers as well as the advertisers. The recommendation in search from someone you know yields greater results and reliability for it has been tested already by someone closed to you.

The continuing innovation made by Google were always for the benefits of its users. It had already gone long way since the first day Google was introduced by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year 1997.

The +1 button from Google will have a similarity with the like button of Facebook, allowing you to recommend content to your google contacts and friends and add more relevancy to the search query. After the announcement made by twitter about their follow button. Google introduced the +1 button to the web and third party websites can used it to add more social functionality.
