Manny Pacquiao confirmed during an interview with ABS-CBN’s Dyan Castillejo that they have already agreed to fight on November 12, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The eight weight division champion said “It’s on, wait for it”. He is referring to a 3rd bout with Juan Marquez.
The first fight between the two great fighters happened last 2004 and 2008. The first fight complete with a draw in spite of knocking Marquez down three times in the first round.
Pacquiao on their second fight has won in a split decision with three knockdown.
But before their third fight, Marquez will face David Diaz on July 16, 2011. There are some rumors that if Marquez will lose this fight, he cannot face Pacquaio on November 12.
Marquez is longing for this third fight after he won against Michael Katsidis last November 27, 2010 by wearing a t-shirt that says “MARQUEZ BEAT PACQUIAO TWICE!!” at the front and “PACQUIAO, YOUR NEXT” at the back.
In a contract signed by Marquez, he is (–foul word(s) removed–)ured to get $5 million prize plus a share in pay-per-view (PPV). On the other hand, Pacquiao will get $20 million plus PPV share.
There will be a rematch if Marquez beats Pacquiao on November and he will get a $10 million prize on the fourth bout. But I doubt if this will gonna happen since all are very sure enough that Pacquiao will slash Marquez again.
Well, let’s just find out what will happen with their face-off inside the ring. For the meantime, let us take a look back with their previous fight and have our bet.

This will be another exciting fight to watch this year. This is what I am waiting for, a third fight with Marquez. I believe Manny will beat him and this time a convincing win that will force Marquez to retirement.
