Kristine Hermosa is six weeks pregnant. The good news had been confirmed by the ABS-CBN actress through a text message.
“Yes po, I’m 6 weeks pregnant!! Yahoooo! ,” was Kristine’s message via text.
She relayed such confirmation to the publicist of Star Magic named Thess Gubi. The said report first broke in an entertainment website, PEP.
It was four months ago that the Kristine Hermosa and Oyo Boy Sotto had their marriage. The couple had been married last January 12. They tied the knot through a secret ceremony held in Club Balay Isabel, Batangas.
Oyo Boy Sotto is the son of Vic Sotto and Dina Bonnevie who were famous celebrities in the Philippines as well.
On the other hand, Kristine had her first marriage with the actor Diether Ocampo in September 2004 held in Nueva Ecija.
However, it was in June 2005 that Kristine filed an annulment saying that there was no marriage certificate given on the day of her wedding with Diether. The couple had been officially separated when the Court of Appeals granted her request in February 2009.
There were reports saying that Kristine is currently having a hard time conceiving because of the reason that she has a polycystic ovary.
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common condition among women in which an imbalance in the female sex hormones occurs.
The news concerning Kristine’s pregnancy overjoyed the actress.
Moreover, it was quoted on the same text message from Kristine saying that “God is really good… More to come. hahaha!!! I want to thank all my supporters for the prayers. God bless you all.”
The thankful actress happily announced that she and her husband Oyo currently expect a baby that will eventually complete their own family.
