George Michael, 47 years old is also known as Georgios Panayiotou admits that he deserve to be put to jail last year while he was under influence of cannabis crashing his Range Rover last year.

He has been describing himself as “the poster boy for cannabis”.

While driving his way to the front of photo shop in London, a fine and an eight-week sentence was bestowed upon the singer.

He repeatedly admits about his acts on breaking laws where he relates that going to jail is indeed karma.

Behind his popularity is a shameful feeling that goes through him as he keeps on admitting his wrong doings.

His says “This was a hugely shameful thing to have done repeatedly.” He also adds that he felt like a bill to pay so karmically. He just went to prison and paid his bill.

Presently, he is under treatment for his problems with regards to drugs.

It was way back in  2007 when he had also been charged for drug-driving.

However, he had denied some reports saying that during his experience in Pentonville prison in North London, he had been distressed.

A quoted line from Michael says that “Remarkably enough, I know people must think that it was a really horrific experience. It’s so much easier to take any form of punishment if you believe you actually deserve it, and I did.”

Repeatedly admitting his acts of breaking the law, Michael says that he didn’t feel sorry for himself even knowing that he was in Pentonville. He just thought that he has to get his head down.

Later when he was transferred to Highpoint open prison in Suffolk, he had been giving autographs to each of the prisoners and staff members that were on duty.

George Michael got his fame being a half of the pop duo Wham! in the 1980s.

Moreover, he have made it to distribute millions of copies for his solo album and even collected  several awards in UK and US.

His new single is a cover of New Order song  True Faith that will be released on March 13.
