The driver of the car who was arrested for charge of driving under the influence who happens to be Aguillera’s boyfriend was also arrested and put under custody of Los Angeles Sheriff.
Matt Rutler was the 25 years old boyfriend of Christina Aguilera was with her during the arrest. The two were confronted at around 2:45 am at Clark Street, Los Angeles, California. After a few hours of staying under the custody of Los Angeles sheriff, the two celebrities were released at exactly 7:30 p.m.
The main reasons why they were arrested because they could no longer handle their drunkenness. There is no charged filed against her. She was arrested but never prosecuted.
