J-20 Chinas Stealth Fighter

Stealth Aircraft are highly sophisticated fighter planes which uses stealth technology that prevents conventional radar from detecting and tracking the movement of the aircraft, therefore reducing the risk of possible attacks. The U.S. Air Force have it’s own collection of stealth aircraft, the F117 Nighthawk, the B-2 SpiritStealth Bomber“, F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning.

The rapid advancement of military aviation technology had already made the United States, the world’s largest arms supplier. Different countries have their own ways of developing and modernizing their armed forces and put the United States as their model except China. Just recently in a report by Aviation Week, China unveiled its own version of Stealth Fighter, the J-20.

This development is just a proof that China is indeed a force to reckon with. After developing the world’s fastest supercomputers, this country of over a billion people have once again made headlines.

The J-20 Stealth Fighter was developed at the Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute in Chengdu, China. The extraordinary innovative technology needed for the development of this fourth generation aircraft as what the Chinese are referring to the Stealth Fighter are slowly being mastered by their engineers and scientists. Leaked photos of the J-20 was circulated around the internet which raised speculations with the Chinese capabilities of dominating the entire Pacific Regions.

China’s aircraft were using Russian-made engines which shows connection with two former allies in the Cold War. The development of multitude of combat aircrafts could caused an alarmed to the United States which dominates the far easts ever since the end of World War II. The world’s most populous country could not only surp(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the United States in terms of economic might but also in terms of military might.
