The country’s most prestigious beauty pageant, the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 will be held this coming April and the organizers revealed on the evening of February 12, 2016, the official the 40 official candidates of the Bb. Pilipinas.
A huge task will be given to the new crown queen of Bb. Pilipinas as she will represent the country in the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant, the Miss Universe 2016. The reigning Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is also looking forward for a possible back-to-back crown for the Philippines.
According to the official organizers of the Bb. Pilipinas, the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI), from a total of 88 aspirants, they trimmed down the candidates to just 40 participants.

Titles at stake are Miss Universe Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, Binibining Pilipinas Supranational, and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International.
