One of the country’s most popular recording studio, Star Music released on Monday the official music video for Vice Ganda’s newest single, “Wag Kang Pabebe” which featured a star-studded guest. The video went viral immediately after it was posted online by Star Music on their official YouTube account.

The music video, “Wag Kang Pabebe” also debuted on music video channel MYX, featuring Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Gerald Anderson, Rayver Cruz, Anne Curtis, and Karylle, among others, as well as the Internet-famous “Pabebe Girls.”
According to Vice Ganda in an earlier interview, the inspiration behind the song is the youth which he urged to be more productive and spend less time being idle.
The 39-year-old box office comedian was quoted as saying “Isang biglaan kanta lang ito. Nauuso ‘yung mga viral videos tapos kahit ‘yung mga bakla, tawagan na ng tawagan ng ‘pabebe.’ Parang bukang bibig na ng lahat ‘yung ‘pabebe.’ Sabi ko nagiging lengwahe na ng lahat iyan kaya naisipan kong gawan ng kanta,” he said.
Vice Ganda was referring to an online video that pokes fun at how “cute” Filipino girls supposedly acts.
