The “It’s Showtime” host is currently facing the charges of malicious mischief and disobedience to authority after he was detained in Taguig City Police Station 7 last September 7, 2014 after making a scene.
In an interview with PEP, Matteo Guidicelli said that his “Moron 5” co-star was misunderstood by the people, adding that everybody could make mistakes but others tend to make a big issue out of it.
“Siyempre, you know, people misunderstand him but, you know, he’s an amazing person. If you just know who really Billy is, you won’t think anything negative about him ‘coz he’s really an amazing person and, ‘di ba, everybody makes mistakes sometimes, ‘di ba? But sometimes, people make it seem very big,” he said.
Matteo Guidicelli added that Billy Crawford is a good person and people who are close to him could not say something against him.
When asked how was Billy Crawford during the shooting of their comedy film, the 25-year-old actor replied: “Yeah, he’s good. I mean, he’s good, you know? “Siyempre, he’s still fixing all his stuff but he is good. He’ll be okay.”
Billy Crawford has since returned working for “Moron 5” sequel after he was detained. He has also resumed hosting the hit noon time show “It’s Showtime”.
