Mutya Johanna Datul was crowned as the Miss Supranational 2013 winner during the annual pageant held in Belarus. She bested over 80 contestants who joined the international beauty pageant.

The Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) confirmed the achievement by Filipina contestant who represent the country in the prestigious pageant citing Datul radiated the beauty, confidence, grace and intelligence of a Filipina.
BPCI was quoted as saying that, “She has brought immense honor to the Philippines and we are looking forward to a rousing welcome for our very fist Miss Supranational on Monday, September 9,” BPCI said in a statement.
The 21-year-old Mutya Datul also won a special award Miss Personality in the said pageant. Moreover, she is a semi-finalist in Talent portion and Top 8 for Miss Internet.
The first runner-up for the Miss Supranational was awarded to Miss Mexico, while Miss Turkey landed in second followed by Indonesia and US Virgin Islands in the 3rd and 4th spot.
Last year, Elaine Kay Moll, the Philippines’s bet to the beauty pageant, won third runner up during the coronation night in Warsaw.
