Tom Rodriguez‘s real name is Bartolome Alberto Mott. He is from Catbalogan, Samar and his father was an American serviceman while his mother is a Filipina. He was born in Subic Naval Base in Zambales on October 1, 1987.
The Kapuso actor has five siblings and they all moved to Samar together with their mother. It is the hometown of their mom. When he was 12 years old, their family migrated to the United States until his college days. He took Digital Animation course.
With regards to his showbiz career, after his PBB eviction, Tom signed under Star Magic, the talent arm of ABS-CBN network. He was given several projects under the Kapamilya network. Later on, he transferred to GMA-7 which gave him major roles.
Tom Rodriguez was paired with Carla Abellana in the Kapuso network. Collectively called as TomCar by their fans and supporters, they top-billed the TV series mentioned earlier. Their reel tandem turned into a real-life relationship.
Carla and Tom are in a relationship for several years now. Tom Rodriguez’s age is 33 years old while the actress is one year his senior. The two (2) celebrities are now engaged.
