Born on November 4, 1993, Moira dela Torre came from a non-showbiz family. Her parents are both private individuals and her life story was only made known to the public after it was featured in the ABS-CBN drama program Maalaala Mo Kaya.
Moira’s parents separated when she was still a child. Her father worked abroad and she lived with her mother. Her mom found a new love and she also got half-sisters on her maternal side. The same thing happened with her father.
The separation of Moira dela Torre’s parents has greatly affected the singer but it deepened her relationship with God and her faith. She has wonderful relationships to both her parents and as well as her siblings. She also has a very beautiful relationship with her stepfather.
