Luis Manzano showcased his singing prowess
Actor-host Luis Manzano entertained the online community with his rendition of the classic song You Are My Sunshine.
The said song was released in 1940 and was popularised by Jimmie Davis. Throughout the years, many singers recorded their own version of the classic song.
Just recently, Luis also released his version. He is known as of the most talented TV hosts of his generation. He also did some acting stints in the past and just recently, he showcased another talent that he possesses.
Through a video that he posted on his Instagram page, the husband of actress Jessy Mendiola let the public hear his golden voice.
In the caption of his post, he even called out to his friends in the music industry. “Kinuha ko sya sa key of E , notice how walang sumablay o lumihis na note. To my music industry friends… listen, appreciate and learn. Salamat po,” Luis Manzano wrote in the caption of his post.
It featured a slideshow of his baby Rosie’s photos who is now three-month-old. The TV host wrote in the caption of the video that in order to make this special, he was the one who sang the song.
In the comment section of his post, singer-actress Vina Morales shared her thoughts. “Ayyyyyyyy PERFECT!!! No flats and no sharps … you have a perfect score from me,” she wrote. Then, Vina continued her comment with “Moreeee [clspping hands emojis] more PRACTICE HAHAHAHHAHAHA.“
Luis’s former fellow MYX VJ Nikki Gil also had a funny reaction to this. “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA grabe, iba talaga pag aral yung boses, ang linis,” Nikki wrote and added the hashtag “Tenor.” Meanwhile, actress-host Isabelle Daza took notice of Baby Rosie’s beauty.
