Daniel Padilla was asked about Kaila Estrada
Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla spoke about his rumored relationship with actress Kaila Estrada.
Daniel and Kaila had the chance to work together in the series Incognito. Fans noticed that the cast members really created a bond between them. A friendship was formed.
However, some fans noticed that there was something different between Daniel and Kaila. The assumptions were even hyped up when photos of them together at the same venue circulated online.
As early as February this year, rumors surfaced linking Daniel Padilla and Kaila Estrada. Both camps were silent about this. Last month, the source of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz claimed that Daniel and Kaila are now in a relationship with each other.
However, Ogie said that the confirmation would still come from the two celebrities. When Kaila’s father, actor John Estrada, was asked about this, he said that this was not his story to tell.
Then, in a recent interview with ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe for TFC’s magazine show Are You G?, Daniel was asked about her love life. “May jowa ka na ba?” MJ asked and then quipped that they should eat first.
Daniel Padilla did not answer directly. “Huwag na nating i-pressure ‘yung sarili natin, huwag na nating ilagay sa ganun, i-showbiz pa ‘yun pero you get my point.” the Supreme Idol said.
The actor added that whatever it is, it will eventually come out, but he does not want people to wait and just let things happen.
“Huwag niyo na muna kaming kulitin, just let it be. Hayaan na lang nating mangyari ang mga bagay. And again, ayoko siyang maging showbiz eh. Well ‘di pa rin naman maiiwasan ‘di ba pero may choice pa rin naman ako, ‘di ba?” he added.
When asked if he is happy right now, Daniel said that he is happy because they just came from a concert, and then, he was in Korea with her family and friends. He is also celebrating life, getting an award, and receiving what was given by his fans.
“So anong rason para maging malungkot?” the Kapamilya actor said.
