One of the best-known hotel buffets in the Metro Corniche at Diamond Hotel. This buffet place is located in Diamond Hotel where roast meats to fresh sushi to homemade ice cream and more are available!

They have an “extensive variety of main ingredients, signature sauces, cooking preparation choices, and side dishes”. Guests are assured to enjoy whatever they want – shrimps, crabs, and salmon, or meaty choices such as beef tenderloin, pork belly, or chicken thigh. They also serve fine lamb meat.

Local options are also available like adobo, sinigang, salpicao, and inasal. Pasta with the sauce of your choice is also a must!

Corniche boasts a “combination of beautifully appointed facilities, elegant interiors, cuisines of the world, and impeccable service” and a seating capacity of 200 guests. It operates from 6 AM to 10 PM DAILY.

LUNCH BUFFET
11:30 PM to 2:30 PM

DINNER BUFFET:
Monday to Thursday, Sunday

Friday: The Best of Asia
Php 3,500 net per person

Saturday: Bigger is Better Buffet
Php 3,500 net per person

They now have Theme Nights and Á la Minute stations. On Thursdays, Flavors of China will overwhelm guests. These dishes will be prepared by the hotel’s very own Chinese Sous Chef Yang Yong and his team.

On Friday, they will have Seafood Night which will be graced by shrimps in garlic butter, chargrilled squid, hearty bisque, and sweet, succulent crabs – the all-stars.

Saturdays will be the night of “smoky and juicy marbling of choice meats, from sirloin to lamb chops” – the Steak Night.

The theme night dinner buffet is Php 2,990 per person.
