Miss Universe Judges Are All Women

MISS UNIVERSE JUDGES – The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) recently announced the panel of all-female judges.

The 71st Miss Universe will be held at Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on Jan. 14 (Jan. 15 in Manila). Celeste Cortesi, who represents the Philippines, has already traveled to New Orleans for the competition. She will face off against 85 hopeful contestants. Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Last December, it was revealed that longtime Miss Universe host Steve Harvey would not be returning. The organization stated that they wanted to “make sure we led with a female lens.”
