Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio were victimized by the Basag-Kotse gang and here’s the latest update about this case
The suspects in the Basag-Kotse case involving the car of celebrity couple Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio were arrested.
On November 30, Ronnie and Loisa discovered that their Jeep Wrangler Wagon (NBP-2369) which was parked along Molino Road, in Barangay Molino 3, Bacoor City was smashed and their belongings inside it were taken away. The actor revealed that one stolen phone has a P1 billion cryptocurrency that he and Loisa have been working on.
A report from Bandera stated that the four suspects in this Basag-Kotse case were arrested. Couple Albert and Remy Santos, Joey Masayo, and another unidentified person were arrested at the couple’s house in Lessandra Heights, Molino IV, Bacoor City, Cavite.
Col. Christopher Olazo, Cavite police director, said that the suspects were arrested after Atty. Henry Salazar, the city administrator of San Pedro City Hall, filed a complaint after he was victimized by the gang.
Olazo said that the same gang was responsible for what happened to Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio’s car last year. Based on the report, Atty Salazar told the police that he can still trace the location of his laptop through its air tag location device.
The authorities immediately conducted an operation and the couple was arrested while they were still in their SUV (Toyota Fortuner, NDI-9858) parked at their house. Atty. Salazar’s MacBook Air laptop was recovered and the suspects also had other tablets and two guns in their possessions.
Meanwhile, rumors surfaced that Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio had a private video in one of their stolen phones. However, the celebrity couple denied that they have one. As of this writing, the celebrity couple has not spoken yet about the suspects who were arrested.
